The Epson EB-PU2220B is a compact, high-brightness 3LCD laser projector built for large venues and live productions. It delivers up to 20,000 lumens of equal white and colour brightness in a chassis that is around 60% smaller and 50% lighter than its predecessor, the EB-L20000U, so it can drive big screens without demanding oversized rigs. Resolution is WUXGA with 4K Enhancement, which accepts 4K signals and displays up to 4.6 million pixels on screen for crisp, detailed images in auditoriums, exhibition halls and arena-style spaces.
Epson’s 3-chip 3LCD engine keeps colour and brightness consistent across the frame, so corporate slides, graphics, camera feeds and sponsor visuals stay clear and balanced. It supports HDR10 and HLG, and Scene Adaptive Gamma helps maintain punch and nuance in mixed-lighting environments. Reliability is a key strength, with a hermetically sealed optical engine, a filterless cabinet and an IP5X dust-resistant design to reduce routine servicing on busy event schedules. The laser light source is rated for up to 20,000 hours in high mode and up to 30,000 hours in eco mode.
