Aputure LS 600D PRO

The Aputure LS 600d Pro is a 600W, daylight-balanced COB fixture built for jobs where you need hard, HMI-style punch with the flexibility of LED control. It is a 5600K Bowens mount point-source light, rated at 8,500 lux at 3 metres when used with its Hyper Reflector. That puts it in a great place for key light, backlight, and strong “sun through window” looks on sets, stages, and in larger corporate spaces. Colour quality is designed for camera work rather than colour mixing. Aputure specifies CRI and TLCI of 96 or higher, helping daylight stay clean on skin and consistent alongside other daylight sources. Because it is daylight-only, the engine is focused on output, and it stays effective when bounced, diffused, or shaped with modifiers. The LS 600d Pro is also built for professional control. Alongside on-board operation, it supports 5-pin DMX512 and Sidus Link app control, with wireless LumenRadio CRMX for cable-free DMX, plus Art-Net network control over Ethernet. That makes it straightforward to integrate into film, broadcast, and event lighting workflows. For location and semi-outdoor use, the fixture is designed with weather-resistant construction to cope with challenging conditions. It is not IP rated, but it is intended to handle dust and light rain when used sensibly in real-world environments. Power options are practical for modern crews. It can run from mains power or high-capacity batteries via its dual battery plates, and it can charge compatible batteries when connected to AC. That is useful for pop-up studios, venues with limited power access, and location shooting where keeping batteries topped up saves time.
